Feral/pest control, Primary production, Theatrical Ordnance supplier’s licence, Firearms Licence (Instructor), Dealers and Armourers.
In some circumstances a Category C endorsement may be approved due to medical reasons, (Contact Weapons Licensing for further details).
Throughout the safety course students will be evaluated by means of various theoretical assessments, safety, firearm safe handling procedures, storage, transportation, licence application, identifying safe directions, laws, legislation, what it means to be a “Fit and Proper Person” and much more.
At the end of the firearm safety course there is a “Live Fire” assessment within the weapon category sort.
The live fire practical assessment at the end of the firearms safety course is to assess the students ability to display the required skills and knowledge learnt throughout the duration of the firearms safety course in accordance with the course assessment guidelines.
